• Create tracking concepts
• Evaluate user behavior and set up conversion funnels
• Advise our customers, identify potentials and give concrete recommendations for action
• Track micro and macro conversions
• Set up tag manager tracking for our clients and coordinate with our clients’ IT department
• Create understandable implementation instructions for our customers
• Review existing tracking setups and troubleshoot issues
• Create automated reports according to customer specifications
• Support your colleagues across departments on issues related to web analytics, tracking, and reporting

Show us what you can do:

• You have more than 2 years of practical tracking experience
• You have relevant work experience and a proven track record in this area
• You have excellent analytical skills
• You can interpret and analyze large amounts of complex data from multiple sources
• You have a strong passion for data science and business intelligence
• You have a good knowledge of paid advertising and have already implemented tracking snippets for platforms from Google, Microsoft or e.g. Facebook
• You have strong project management skills
• You have a very technical understanding, are familiar with Javascript, HTML, CSS as well as common CMS and can implement optimizations independently
• You have very good knowledge of tracking and analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, PIWIK Pro, Google Data Studio incl. Connectors, Microsoft Power BI and Tealium
• You approach new projects in a structured and results-oriented way and have strong communication skills
• You have excellent communication skills in English and German (other languages are an advantage)
